What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler/Forklift Operator position at IWS Granite & Marble, LLC?
We are a growing stone countertop fabrication company servicing the Middle Tennessee area. As we get busier, we are needing extra hands in our warehouse! This is a full-time job opportunity. As a warehouse worker, you will be handling, transferring, receiving, or unloading material using a forklift and operating various machinery for stone fabrication. Pay is dependent on experience.
What we're looking for in a potential candidate:
- Experience doing all or most of these things: maintaining inventory, receiving shipments, driving a forklift, using a computer, safely operating machinery
- Ability to learn quickly and is teachable
- Flexibility
- Dependable
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary
- Hard worker who shows up everyday and WANTS to work
- Reliable daily transportation
- Ability to work with others and independently
- Positive attitude
