Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Logan, UT. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and guiding hiring managers through selection decisions. The specialist will help design and implement strategies to attract high-quality talent, maintain talent pipelines, and support workforce planning for various departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, posting job openings, managing applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also contributes to employer branding initiatives, participates in recruitment events, and supports onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Experience with interviewing and hiring processes, including structured interviews and selection best practices.
- Skills in employer branding, with the ability to promote the organization’s values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and common recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fair hiring practices and applicable employment laws; commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Prior experience recruiting for software, technology, or public sector-focused organizations is a plus.
Compensation
- Base pay: $45,000-$50,000 Commissions (OTE 60K-70K)
