Our client is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the organization's subject matter expert for the Yardi Affordable platform, supporting affordable housing operations, compliance, end users, and training initiatives.

Yardi Affordable Solutions Specialist Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Yardi Affordable module.
- Manage monthly HAP posting and related processes.
- Reconcile PHA Yardi ledgers with internal Yardi systems.
- Support affordable housing compliance across HUD and LIHTC portfolios.
- Troubleshoot Yardi Affordable issues and support end users.
- Develop training materials and deliver user training.
- Support implementation and adoption of new Yardi functionality.
Yardi Affordable Solutions Specialist Requirements:
- 3 years as a Yardi Affordable super user.
- Extensive experience with the Yardi Affordable module.
- Strong understanding of HUD affordable housing programs.
- Experience with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance.
- Experience with Affordable Rent Café.
- HAP posting and reconciliation experience.
- Ability to train users and provide day-to-day functional support.
- Ability to work remotely.
