iWorld Professionals is seeking several Data Center Operations Technicians to work for a fast-growing industry in blockchain, cryptocurrency in the Rochester NY area.

Data Center Operations Technician Responsibilities:
- Work on mining operations, monitoring and optimizing the performance of cryptocurrency mining hardware.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer-based mining equipment. Perform routine maintenance to maximize uptime and output.
- Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and hardware installations
- Support network and software configuration to keep rigs online and efficient
- Work closely with other technicians to maintain a proactive maintenance schedule
- Document activities and report on equipment performance and improvement opportunities
Data Center Operations Technicians Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with computer hardware troubleshooting & repair
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends as needed
- Associate’s degree or technical certification in IT, electronics, or related field preferred.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining networks
- Ability to work on-site in the Rochester NY area.
Competitive pay plus benefits with opportunity for bonus and high growth potential. Pay in the $20/hour - $22/hour range plus overtime pay.
