- Explain the different AT&T rate plans and promotions
- Explain AT&T products and services to customers
- Learn the sales and then team building comes after
- Enter and process customer orders on the POS system
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
