We are looking to add a Coffee Production Assistant to our team! You will have the ability to learn each coffee process from roasting coffee, order fulfillment, and more!

- Base pay starts at $14.5/hr, up to $17.5/hr based on availability and experience.
A Day-in The Life of a Coffee Bean:
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill customers’ delivery orders. Orders include: coffee, tea, & café related items
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties for preparing and processing orders for shipments
- Become a coffee expert by identifying products, counting, weighing, blending, grinding, labeling, packaging, reporting and staging product for delivery
- Complete various warehousing and housekeeping duties including receiving, stocking and organizing inventory (lift up to 40 lbs)
- Help maintain a clean roastery & participate with preventive maintenance and cleaning on the roaster
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Have fun and drink coffee!
Job Type: Part – Time: Mon – Wed with possible shifts Thurs/Fri
Salary: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour
