The Opportunity
As a Community Associate, your primary role will be to work closely with new and existing customers, providing administrative support and ensuring their needs are met. This will enable them to focus on running their business efficiently.
A Typical Day at IWG
Your day will start with preparing the center for opening, checking everything is in order, and ensuring all services are properly charged for accurate invoices.
You will interact with customers throughout the day, addressing their requests, such as changing WiFi codes, directing them to meeting rooms, and assisting with technical issues. You may also need to handle customer inquiries via phone calls or emails.
Break times will allow you to take a short break and recharge before continuing with your duties. The mail arrival will also require your attention, as you sort through it while attending to various customer requests.
As the day progresses, you will continue to provide top-notch service, handling tasks such as printing, invoicing, and resolving technical issues. You may also be involved in planning and organizing events within the center, working closely with the Community Manager.
In the afternoon, you may meet with prospects interested in joining our community, sharing information about what makes our space unique and encouraging them to join our network. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the center's tidiness and ensuring a smooth transition into the evening.

About You

- Able to take ownership of problems and find creative solutions
- Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
