Job Description: Area Director / Licensed Physical Therapist Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy (Outpatient Ortho) This position will be based in the Grand Rapids area, with some local travel to sister clinics that you would be overseeing. About the role: An Area Director at Ivy Rehab leads the success of multiple clinics by driving strong operational performance, developing high-performing leaders, and ensuring exceptional patient care. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on coaching, financial accountability, and culture building across a growing region. Area Directors play a key role in scaling Ivy’s mission while empowering Clinic Directors and their teams to thrive. Compensation: $105,000 to $120,000/year (based on number of locations, leadership experience, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
