These are full outpatient orthopedic roles with real mentorship, real schedule flexibility, and team culture that people actually stay for. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth. Compensation: $83,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
