As a clinic-based BCBA, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of children while providing direct on-site support to RBTs. Treatment is compassionate, child led and naturalistic. A rewarding part of your role will be collaboration with your fellow teammates! Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in the applicable state, including completion of the required 8-hour supervision training. Preferred 4–6 years of post-certification experience as a BCBA, with demonstrated clinical leadership and supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture. Commitment to delivering high-quality clinical services and achieving exceptional client outcomes. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities and maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated professional with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning and professional development. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience overseeing clinical operations, caseload management, and performance outcomes across multiple clinicians. Demonstrated success in training, coaching, and supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
