What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on patient care in outpatient orthopedics, while offering the most in-demand services and specialties tailored to your community’s needs. Lead clinic operations: team development, scheduling, and performance Build referral relationships with physicians, surgeons, and local providers Grow your clinic through community outreach and networking Build, mentor, develop, and lead your own team Requirements & Skills: Active Physical Therapist license in the respective state (or eligible) required. At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, surgeons, and community partners. Passion for patient care and team development. Self-starter mindset with ability to drive results and problem-solve.
