Educational Consultant

IvyRadar Education is a U.S.-based education consulting firm founded in Irvine, California, with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen. We focus on helping students achieve success in U.S. college admissions through personalized academic planning, background enhancement, and professional development. Our team includes experienced counselors and mentors from world-renowned universities such as UCLA, UC Berkeley, and Stanford.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Education Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with students and families to develop academic and extracurricular strategies that align with their goals. You’ll also collaborate with our international counselor network to provide expert guidance on applications, essays, and career exploration.

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students on academic and college application planning.
• Develop personalized study and extracurricular plans for middle school, high school, and undergraduate students.
• Support students with essay brainstorming, editing, and interview preparation.
• Communicate with parents regularly to track progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams on educational projects and workshops.
• Maintain accurate student progress records and case documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English–Mandarin) is a plus.
• Familiarity with U.S. college admissions or international education systems.
• Experience in education consulting, teaching, or mentoring preferred.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
