Ivybrook Cleaning Co. is a new premium residential cleaning service in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. We work exclusively with independent contractors who take pride in their work and want consistent, well-paying jobs without the hassle of finding their own clients.
We handle everything — booking, scheduling, customer communication, and payment. You show up, do exceptional work, and get paid weekly. That's the deal.
What You'll Earn
- Realistic earnings: $20–$30/hour depending on home size and job type
- On-time bonus: $10 every time you arrive within your scheduled window
- Checklist completion bonus: $5 every time you complete and submit your checklist with photos
- Paid weekly via Zelle or direct deposit — every Friday for jobs completed that week
What This Is
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You set your own availability. We send you jobs that fit your schedule. You are not an employee — you run your own schedule and we run the business side.

What We're Looking For
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of residential cleaning experience
✅ You personally clean — we do not work with people who send others
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
✅ Smartphone — you'll use our app to manage jobs and check in
✅ Available for consistent weekly work
✅ Able to pass a background check
✅ Professional, reliable, and takes pride in their work

❌ You own a cleaning company or plan to send other cleaners
❌ No reliable transportation
❌ Less than 1 year of residential cleaning experience
❌ Not willing to follow a detailed cleaning checklist
❌ Unable to pass a background check
