Ivybrook Academy is currently seeking passionate substitute preschool educators for our school campus. Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and implement daily lessons for the children following a proprietary curriculum
· Observe and evaluate each child’s progress
· Work cooperatively and professionally with staff members and parents
· Maintain communication with parents
· Attend staff meetings and training
· Maintain portfolio assessments for all children in the classroom

Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a preschool or early childhood education setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with Montessori and Reggio Emilia curriculum concepts is a plus.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Priority given to those with a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or have their education degree within the first year of employment. Previous experience at a public, private or licensed school preferred.
