Schedule Options
- Part-Time: 8:00 am – 12:30 pm
- Summer Programs: 9:00 am – 12:30 pm
We follow the Bentonville Public School calendar and offer 7 weeks of summer camp programming (June & July). If you work all 7 summer camp sessions, you will get an additional 2 weeks paid time off.

- Up to $17,680.00 per year (based on experience and schedule)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field (or working toward completion)
- Previous experience in a preschool, private school, or licensed childcare setting preferred
- Passion for early childhood education and child-led learning
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
