Some Key Areas of Responsibility
· Oversee the school’s curriculum coordination among the educators and assist with implementation
· Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.
· Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress.
· Support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education.
· Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.
· Provide unparalleled customer service
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Experience in preschool administration
Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and power point
