Duties
- Oversee the school’s curriculum coordination among the educators and assist with implementation
- Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children.
- Develop open lines of communication with educators, parents, and students—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress.
- Build and support a qualified team of early childhood educators to continually enhance our superior reputation in early-childhood education.
- Assist with Marketing school and generating leads for enrollment. Attend marketing events with Director of Administration as needed.
- Upon start of role, develop a deep understanding of franchise processes, procedures and operational guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree (Required) with at least 12 college credit hours in child development and six college credit hours in management
- Instruction/Education/Curriculum Implementation in a licensed child care center: 3 years (Preferred)
- Director License/Certification
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Participate in marketing events, campaigns, and community relations.
- Provide unparalleled customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of diverse learners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
