The Program Chair of Healthcare Specialist & CNA Program Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Kokomo, IN. This position is responsible for managing the operation and development of the Healthcare Specialist and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) programs. Key responsibilities include faculty recruitment, course scheduling, student advising, curriculum development, and ensuring compliance with state and accrediting agency standards. The Program Chair will establish and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers to stay aligned with labor market needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure student success. Collaboration with staff and faculty is essential to support instructional quality and attainment of program goals.
- Expertise in Nursing, Medicine, and Long-term Care
- Strong leadership and Nursing Management experience

- Master's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Indiana
