Job Description:

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is now partnered with Excel PT! - Outpatient

Location: Franklin, NJ (406 New Jersey 23 North)

At Ivy Rehab, PTs have opportunities for mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, leadership, non-clinical roles, and future clinic ownership. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable caseloads, exceptional patient care, and long-term career growth.

Compensation:

• $90,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, total experience, cert, etc.)
• If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck
• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities (up to $10K)

Qualifications

• Licensed (or pending licensure) Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
