This is a part-time, PRN (as needed) role for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) located on-site in Springfield, IL. The Pediatric SLP will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized therapy plans, and support children with speech, language, and communication needs. Responsibilities include addressing speech and communication disorders, treating dysphagia, collaborating with families and other professionals, and providing therapy aligned with each individual pediatric patient’s developmental goals.
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treating Speech-related conditions
- Knowledge and experience with managing Dysphagia
- Expertise in addressing Communication and Language Disorders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with patients and families
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Illinois
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is highly preferred
- Pediatric therapy experience is a strong advantage
