Job Type: Full-Time 40 hrs/week
Compensation: $90,000 to $115,000 base salary competitive director bonus equity partnership opportunity

- Lead clinic operations: team development, scheduling, and performance
- Build referral relationships with physicians, surgeons, and local providers
- Grow your clinic through community outreach and networking
- Build, mentor, develop, and lead your own team
- Active Physical Therapist license in the respective state (or eligible) required.
- At least 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics.
- Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, surgeons, and community partners.
- Passion for patient care and team development.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to drive results and problem-solve.
