What are the responsibilities and job description for the Painter position at Ivy Pro Painting?
We are a locally owned painting company in Prescott, AZ looking for a reliable, motivated painter to join our team. We do high-quality residential and commercial painting and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and works well with others. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
- Responsibilities
Prep surfaces (masking, sanding, patching, caulking, etc.)
Interior and exterior painting
Rolling, brushing, and spraying
Keeping job sites clean and organized
Working efficiently while maintaining high quality
Communicating with the team and following job instructions
- Experience & Requirements
Painting experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to show up on time
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
Valid driver’s license required
- Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18–$23/hour DOE
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends if needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
