About the Role:
Our medical receptionists answer phone calls/texts/emails in our pediatric care center. Responsibilities include making appointments, taking messages and sending them to the appropriate person, insurance verification, patient recall, generating referrals, collecting balances, and helping with billing questions. This is a FULL time position.
About You:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in the medical field preferred
- Have great time management skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Must be available to work until 7 pm on weekdays and 1-2 weekend days per month until 7 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
