Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed post-acute care facility located at 5609 5th Ave., Pittsburgh. Here, we believe our staff members are like plants. They need attention and effort to grow. 16-hour shifts

What we offer:

• $41-$45/hr.

• DON was promoted from within the facility

• strong rehab & clinical teams

Successful candidates will have the following:

• ability to maintain all required continuing education/licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• current, unencumbered license to practice as a nurse in PA
• current CPR certification
• experience with PCC preferred

Your day to day:

You'll provide direct care for our residents and oversee the day-to-day activities of our CNAs. You'll work under supervision of our DON to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
