Ivy Marie Prom & Bridal is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Lead (Key Holder) to help lead our growing team. We're searching for someone who can confidently run the boutique, coach and inspire our stylists, and ensure every customer receives the luxury experience we're known for.
This is much more than a retail sales position. You'll play a key role in leading the sales floor, supporting daily operations, and helping our team achieve its goals while working alongside ownership.
As our boutique continues to grow, there are opportunities for career advancement, leadership development, and even travel to industry markets, designer trainings, and special events—including opportunities to work with world-renowned designers such as Randy Fenoli, Justin Alexander, Sophia Tolli, Ashley Lauren, Portia & Scarlett, Jovani, and more.
What You'll Do
- Open and close the boutique as a Key Holder
- Lead the sales floor and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Coach, motivate, and support the sales team
- Help train and develop new employees
- Manage the boutique in the absence of ownership
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Manage fitting room flow during busy weekends and peak seasons
- Maintain visual merchandising and luxury boutique standards
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and new arrivals
- Lead by example through outstanding customer service and sales performance
