What You'll Do (and Love)
- Be a kid's hero. Help children grow into confident, respectful, and awesome humans.

- Be a leader. Model and reinforce policies, guide staff, and help maintain a safe, supportive space.
- Communicate like a pro. Collaborate with office staff, gym staff, parents, and your site team.
- Plan daily fun. Prepare engaging activities before and after school — from art to sports to challenges.
- Build excitement. Get kids pumped for crafts, clubs, and special events.
- Manage supplies. Order snacks, materials, and anything needed to keep the site running smoothly.
- Document important moments. Handle incident reports with clarity and professionalism.
- Keep the space sparkling. Oversee cleanliness and train staff on best practices.
- Show up safely. Reliable transportation is essential.
