Site Assistant – After School Program

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Site Assistant to help support our after school program. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and creating engaging enrichment experiences that inspire learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enrichment & Activities: Lead and assist in a variety of enrichment activities including STEM projects, arts and crafts, sports, recreational games, and homework support.
• Child Engagement: Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment where children are encouraged to explore their interests and build confidence.
• Organization & Safety: Help manage daily schedules and ensure student supervision and safety at all times.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with site leaders, staff, and parents to deliver high-quality programming that aligns with our mission of enrichment, fun, and care.
• Positive Role Model: Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions while encouraging the same values in students.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with school-age children preferred.
• Interest or background in education, recreation, or child development.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
