Ivy Lea Construction is hiring an experienced Kitchen & Bath Foreman to join the team.
If you have strong hands-on experience with tile work, showers, bathtubs, and full kitchen and bath remodeling, we would like to hear from you.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in all stages of kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to complete clean and efficient demolition of kitchens and bathrooms
- Experience with kitchen and bath remodeling work, including:
- Reworking copper plumbing
- PEX tubing
- PVC waste piping
- Electrical work
- Insulation
- Solid carpentry skills, including the ability to:
- Trim doors and windows
- Hang wall cabinets
- Install base cabinets
- Ability to hang, finish, prime, and paint drywall
- Must have own tools
- Must have a valid New York State driver's license
- Must be able to responsibly drive and maintain a company vehicle and keep it in good working order
Pay
- $25 per hour, based on experience
