Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Corporate Accounting Assistant based in Indianapolis, IN. The primary responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements, managing bookkeeping tasks, utilizing accounting software, and supporting general accounting and finance operations. The Corporate Accounting Assistant will play an integral role in the financial health and compliance of our organization by maintaining accurate records and contributing to efficient processes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and general Accounting principles
- Strong understanding of Finance concepts
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Indianapolis, IN
