Position Overview:
Virginia Fertility & IVF is looking for a full-time Front Office Coordinator. The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming patients to our center and giving them instructions as they arrive. Experience in computer skills, close attention to detail and teamwork are important characteristics. pride ourselves in team-work, quality patient care, and a warm and caring environment for our patients. We are looking for someone who would love to be part of an amazing team that helps people achieve their dreams of having a baby!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in patients as they arrive to our center
- Giving patients any instructions needed as patients check in
- Triaging patient inquiries
- Scan daily patient records and images
- Collecting insurance cards
- Collecting any payments due as needed
- Scheduling patients, answering phones, and account setup
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2-5 years of customer service experience strongly desired
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience Women's Health strongly preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients and coworkers is required
- Must have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task and have excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys team-work and can handle an emotionally charged field all while being compassionate
This position is full time, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.
