About the Role:
As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the evening shift team, ensuring smooth transitions, and maintaining high-quality patient care.
You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be essential in coordinating patient care, resolving conflicts, and addressing any concerns that may arise.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our services.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the evening shift team, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and mentoring team members.

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
