Your Impact
· Deliver direct resident care with skill and compassion.
· Conduct physical assessments and develop care plans.
· Administer medications, IV therapy, TPN, and trach care.
· Monitor and document resident progress, reporting changes promptly.
· Educate residents and families on health management and prevention.
· Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
· Maintain accurate records using appropriate medical terminology.
Skills & Qualifications
· Active RN license (Iowa).
· Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
· Proficiency with trach care, TPN administration, and IV therapy.
· Familiarity with MDS for resident assessments.
· Compassionate communicator and team collaborator.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
