We are seeking a talented and passionate Permanent Makeup Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform permanent makeup procedures including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and other cosmetic tattooing services with meticulous attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and provide professional recommendations tailored to their facial features and skin type.
- Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattooing, piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to guarantee client safety.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting client information, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure a positive experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and advancements in aesthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Promote a welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service, addressing client questions confidently, and ensuring their comfort throughout the process.
Experience
- Proven experience in permanent makeup procedures including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and related aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of tattooing safety regulations, sanitation practices, infection control measures, and proper use of sterilization equipment.
- Familiarity with color theory and anatomy knowledge relevant to facial aesthetics for precise pigment placement.
- Experience working with EMR systems for accurate record-keeping and client management.
- Background in cosmetology or esthetician training is preferred; certification in permanent makeup or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent client communication skills with the ability to understand individual needs and deliver personalized solutions.
- Additional skills such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus but not required.
