Position Overview - One-on-One Support:
A one-on-one role involves working directly with an individual student to provide personalized academic support and guidance. This position could involve working with students with disabilities, helping them access the curriculum, reinforcing lessons, assisting with assignments, monitoring progress, and supporting social-emotional growth. This role is critical for helping students succeed in a focused, supportive setting while collaborating closely with teachers and staff.
Ivy Academy is a tuition-free, public, environmental charter school. Salary and benefits are commensurate with nearby county schools. Our school offers smaller class sizes, a healthy and supportive work environment, and plenty of outdoor activity and sunshine during the school day.
