Senior Front-End Developer (Angular & React)

Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 days/week)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer for one of our clients based in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular and React and bring hands-on leadership experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications.

This role requires a technical leader who can drive UI architecture, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development efforts for enterprise-grade web applications
• Design and implement scalable, reusable UI components using Angular and React
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
• Drive best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and UI/UX standards
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards

Required Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in front-end development
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v8 ) and React.js
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a team (tech lead or team lead experience required)
• Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with REST APIs integration
• Strong understanding of state management (Redux, NgRx, etc.)
• Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in telecom or high-traffic consumer applications
• Knowledge of Micro Frontend architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Karma, Cypress
