Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable individual to join our team as a Administrative Support / Office Manager. This is a full-time role, ideal for someone with administrative services experience who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-office environment. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling and client communication - Manage daily office operations and maintain organized records and filing systems - Prepare and process forms, documents, and reports with a high degree of accuracy - Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic financial recordkeeping (QuickBooks experience a plus) - Maintain compliance documentation and support regulatory procedures . Greet clients and ensure a professional and friendly office environment. Salary and bonuses commensurate with experience.
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative, office management - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) - Comfort working with financial documents and handling confidential information - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Knowledge of financial services industry or client service a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment
5 days per week 9am-5pm- In-person position at our Huntington, NY office - Warm, professional, and team-oriented environment.
