The Role
The Trainer is responsible for training, coaching and supporting new hires as they learn our systems, standards, and values. You'll spend time in the field cleaning, demonstrating proper techniques, conducting quality inspections, providing real-time feedback, and ensuring every trainee is set up for long-term success.

Compensation
Earn $24/hr based on experience and performance. Plus, earn tips and bonuses.

- Monday-Friday (weekends off!)
- Cleans scheduled between 8:00AM - 6:00PM

What Success Looks Like
Responsibilities
- Train and onboard new cleaners on Ivory Pines systems, procedures, and standards
- Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and best practices in the field
- Conduct quality inspections and provide constructive feedback
- Evaluate trainee progress and readiness for independent work
- Reinforce company culture, values, and customer service expectations
- Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans when needed
- Support hiring and onboarding initiatives when necessary
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, quality, and accountability
- Maintain detailed training documentation and progress reports
- Communicate trainee performance and recommendations to leadership
Results
- New hires successfully complete onboarding and achieve certification milestones
- Trainees consistently meet Ivory Pines cleaning standards before graduating from training
- New team members feel confident, supported, and prepared for success
- Clients continue to receive a consistent, high-quality experience throughout the training process
- New hires demonstrate alignment with Ivory Pines values and expectations
- Training systems and materials are continuously improved based on feedback and performance data
What We Look For
Must-Haves (Required)
- Ability to reliably commute to jobs throughout the Raleigh area
- Minimum 3 years of professional residential cleaning experience
- Previous experience training, coaching, mentoring, or leading others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policy
Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)
- Experience in a trainer, supervisor, team lead, or management role
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience creating training materials or SOPs
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and practices
- Experience conducting quality inspections or performance evaluations
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
