Duties

- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of clinic resources.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health systems, including Eaglesoft .
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to facilitate seamless patient care and treatment processes.
- Utilize dental terminology to explain procedures and treatment options to patients clearly.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with patients over the phone.
Requirements
