Patient Services Representative - Trainer
Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 40 hrs. /week
Job Summary
The Patient Service Representative Trainer is responsible for facilitating the standardized training program for the Patient Service Reps as a part of orientation or upon request from leadership.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Experience with Third party applications: Payment Navigator, One Source/Passport, Teams
- 3 or more years of experience with ambulatory/admitting/patient registration, pre-registration & pre-certification OR
- 1 or more years of experience ambulatory/admitting/patient registration, pre-registration & pre-certification combined with associates degree completion.
- Experience in a lead/trainer/educator role - minimum 1 year required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
