Sales Enablement Manager, (Prevention & Care)
Location: San Diego, CA
The salary range for this position is between $95,000 -$115,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join a dynamic Prevention & Care team to conduct select training and provide clinical perspective of training for new/updated Prevention & Care products/solutions.
Position Purpose:
To acerate sales enablement for Prevention & Care products and solutions. Sales enablement consists of these core components: 1) Conducts select training of new Prevention & Care Advocates (PCAs) to prepare for customer interactions; 2) Provides clinical perspective of training for new/updated Prevention & Care products/solutions; and 3) Connects with Hygiene Directors from key accounts (DSO, Government, University) to build rapport/credibility with our solutions and fit in the hygiene workflow.

Essential Functions:
- Plays a key role in "onboarding" new PCA team members with education on success
- factors for the role, a "mock" call to practice office presentations, and initial coaching.
- Develops and maintains Continuing Education courses for use in building awareness of office staff on options to manage patient challenges and highlight the benefits of Ivoclar‘s products and solutions.
- Train PCAs to deliver Continuing Education courses to staff in Dental Offices
- Plays point on lead management distribution from marketing and professional services events to PCA team for follow-up
- Connects with Directors of Hygiene at DSO/Groups to educate on clinical aspects/benefits our portfolio can bring to their practices
- Connects with clinical decision-makers within Government and University channels as needed to help get products/solutions placed within these groups.
- Maintains and updates (as applicable) Product training modules for PCA onboarding
- Provide peer-to-peer engagement with RDH groups as lead liason for Ivoclar (eg, RDH Rant)
- Provides clinical perspective on creative assets developed for sales, customers, and patients
- Authors FAQ documents to capture most common questions and the best potential responses to those questions (Note: works with marketing & education)
- Conducts 1-on-1 discussions with some PCA team members to highlight issues and needs, as well as provide coaching and support to team
- Highlights best practices to share with broader PCA team
- Conducts monthly peer-training & education session with PCA team
- Assists with recruiting/interviewing of PCA candidates to fill open roles
- College degree in Dental Hygiene
- Clinical hygiene experience
- Dental sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a credit card is required
- Ability to regularly utilize proven and demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to resolve challenges and or create opportunities
- Ability to travel overnight and for multi-day business needs
