About IVO Systems
IVO Systems builds field operations software for infrastructure and utilities companies: the people keeping water flowing, power running, and roads paved. Founded by a 20-year heavy civil construction veteran, IVO is venture-backed by Titletown Tech (a Microsoft and Green Bay Packers partnership) and growing fast.
The Role
This isn’t a support ticket job. You’ll own the customer-facing side of IVO, from onboarding new customers through full implementation to making sure existing users are getting real value from the platform. You’ll also be building the AI-powered workflows that let a small team deliver a great experience at scale.
You’ll report directly to CEO Eric Christensen, who has been running customer support personally since day one and is ready to hand it to the right person. It’s a ground-floor opportunity to build something real, with full visibility into the business from the top.
What You’ll Own
• Customer support: the inbox, the process, the documentation, and the experience customers have when something goes wrong
• Onboarding and implementation: getting new customers live and making sure they actually get value from the platform
• AI-powered workflows: building smarter systems to handle more with less, from automated responses to onboarding tooling
• The feedback loop: turning what you hear from customers into clear, actionable input for the engineering team
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who’s organized, technically curious, and genuinely good with people, who wants to own something and not just execute a task list. You’ve got at least a couple years in a customer-facing role at a software company or similar work, you communicate clearly with non-technical users, and you’re excited about what AI tools can do to make a small team punch above its weight.
Experience with construction, field operations, or software development environments is a plus. Knowing how to learn a complex product quickly and make it feel simple for customers is the real bar.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
Stock Options Equity available, earned through performance and tenure
Health & Dental Medical and dental, 75% employer paid
401(k) 3% company match
PTO 10–20 days per year plus company holidays
