IVM Seamless Gutters is hiring an experienced Gutter Solutionist in Milford, MI, with pay of $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, plus monthly bonus opportunities. You will install seamless, aluminum, and copper gutters across Michigan homes, working independently from day one with the skill and judgment to handle any job that comes up.
Who You Are
- You bring at least 2 years of professional hands-on construction experience in the residential/home improvement space, gutter experience is a plus
- You have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- You are at most 45 minutes away from Milford, Michigan
- You are able to pass a background check
- You take pride in installing gutters that look clean from the curb and perform flawlessly in a storm.
- You believe four years on the trade should mean you can read a fascia line and set the pitch right the first time.
- You love being outdoors and working with your hands more than sitting at a desk.
- You are the kind of teammate clients ask for by name after one job.
- You are seasoned enough to work independently and bring the right answer when a job throws something unexpected at you.

What You Will Do Each Day
- Install seamless, aluminum, and copper gutters across residential properties.
- Perform gutter cleaning and maintenance services.
- Ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of every gutter system you put up.
- Communicate with clients on site, providing professional solutions and clear answers as needed.
- Follow safety standards while working at heights and outdoors year-round.
