Location & Schedule
- Location: Atlanta, GA (required)
- Work Type: Primarily remote, with periodic in-office attendance required for team collaboration, meetings, and business needs
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (salaried)
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Account Executives and Sales/Partner Operations teams
- Assist with quote creation, order processing, and tracking sales activities
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, and partners such as Microsoft and Cisco) to ensure smooth deal execution
- Support vendor and partner communication, including documentation and follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates
- Help manage contracts, renewals, and documentation
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with internal and external communications
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Assist with special projects and process improvements within the sales organization
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Experience supporting sales teams in a technology, IT services, or consulting environment
- Familiarity with partner/vendor ecosystems, especially Microsoft and Cisco
- Basic understanding of sales processes and deal lifecycle
- Sales teams are supported efficiently with minimal friction
- Accurate and timely processing of quotes, orders, and documentation
- Strong internal collaboration across sales, operations, and partners
- Continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
