About the Opportunity
As Director of Service Delivery, you will oversee the operational execution of customer engagements from project initiation through ongoing service delivery. Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Compliance, Security Operations, Business Operations, and Solution Architecture, you'll transform customer commitments into successful delivery outcomes while continuously improving operational efficiency, delivery quality, and team performance.
This role offers the opportunity to build scalable delivery capabilities, mentor technical leaders, establish operational standards, and influence the continued growth of Iviry's Managed Services and Professional Services organizations.
Position Summary
The Director of Service Delivery leads Iviry's customer delivery organization, ensuring the successful execution of Managed Services, Managed Security Services, Cyber Compliance, and Professional Services engagements. The role is responsible for establishing delivery processes, resource management practices, operational discipline, and organizational leadership necessary to provide predictable, scalable, and high-quality customer outcomes.
Location: Remote; Limited travel may be required.
Salary: A salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Iviry's Service Delivery organization supporting Managed Services, Managed Security Services, Cyber Compliance, and Professional Services.
- Direct Service Desk operations, customer onboarding, implementation projects, and ongoing service delivery.
- Establish delivery priorities, operational standards, and resource management practices.
- Manage delivery capacity, staffing priorities, and workload balancing across multiple customer engagements.
- Oversee Professional Services project execution to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer commitments.
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent delivery quality and effective management of delivery escalations.
- Develop and improve operational processes, delivery metrics, and organizational reporting.
- Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Compliance, Security Operations, Solution Architecture, and Business Operations to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop technical leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 8β10 years of progressive IT leadership or service delivery experience
- Experience managing MSP/MSSP or Professional Services teams
- Experience leading Microsoft cloud implementations and managed services
- Experience with ITIL-based service management
- Experience managing customer-facing delivery organizations

- NIST 800-171 / CMMC experience
- Experience scaling a growing MSP
