In addition to a competitive salary, all employees are eligible for a comprehensive suite of additional benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of the billing process, including generating invoices across multiple billing cycles.Record vendor bills and maintain accurate records in the accounting system.Prepare bank deposits and monitor accounts receivable, including follow-up on overdue accounts.Create and post monthly journal entries and accruals.Reconcile sales tax and customer deposits.Prepare and file monthly/quarterly sales tax returns.Oversee employee expenses and billable time, ensuring accuracy and proper contract details.Generate monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet, as well as custom reports.Produce profitability reports by company, department, client, and employee.Maintain key financial and operational metrics/KPI reporting.Assist with collections and other accounting functions as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent work experience.1–3 years of experience in a full-charge bookkeeping role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and business operations.Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.Proven ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management.IVIONICS is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
