We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Leasing Agent to join our property management team. This role is 70% Home Sales. 30% Lead Generation, Follow up, Administrative
Responsibilities
- Successfully market, sell and/or rent homes.
- Self-generate and manage leads to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Network, campaign, create and conduct open houses to drive sales within the community.
- Exceptional follow through and follow up skills.
- Greet prospective tenants and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service throughout their leasing journey
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to upsell available homes effectively
- Manage the sale process from application intake to move in, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Verify applicant information using property management RENT MANAGER software, perform background checks and credit screening as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, data entry, and filing in compliance with legal administrative standards
- Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations, and other relevant policies to ensure full compliance
- Collaborate with property manager to coordinate repairs that impact sales or leasing
- Handle conflict management situations professionally, resolving tenant concerns promptly while adhering to legal landlord-tenant laws
- Assist with lease renewals, rent collections, and lease amendments while promoting positive customer relationships
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Manufactured Home Sale Process.
- Fair Housing regulations, and landlord-tenant regulations
- Proficiency in property management software such as Rent Manager is a PLUS
- Excellent sales skills with a proven ability to upsell units and negotiate lease terms effectively
- Experience with sale contracts, filing systems, data entry, and office procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Familiarity with property management operations including home sales, property leasing, property maintenance coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building with tenants and team members
