IVIRMA North America network of state-of-the-art fertility practices in the United States, is currently seeking a Per Diem Clinical Care Associate to join our growing Littleton practice! Looking for someone who is able to work every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 7am-12pm and some holidays.Job Purpose: The Clinical Care Associate will promote and restore patients’ health by assisting in the ultrasound process and supporting multidisciplinary team members with hands-on patient care. You will help to create a positive experience for our patients and ensure that patients receive high-quality service by assisting clinical team with patient care. Essential Functions and Accountabilities: Assist Sonographers/Ultrasound Technicians with ultrasound proceduresRoom patients and prepare them for ultrasoundsFollow proper protocols for all proceduresAccurately document ultrasound measurements, provider comments and use appropriate stim templates while chaperoning ultrasoundsClean exam rooms and equipment per protocolSet up and stock examination and procedure roomsMaintain clinical supplies inventoryManage Lanfax for outside labs, reports, results. Enter results and email to provider team for reviewProvide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after proceduresOther duties as assignedAcademic Training:Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program – preferredStudies level: CertificationStudies area: Nursing/healthcare assistantPosition Requirements/Experience: 6 months experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician practicePrior experience in women’s healthcare – preferredMust be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional eveningsTechnical Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel – requiredEMR experience - preferredAbout IVIRMA Global: IVIRMA is the largest group in the world devoted exclusively to human Assisted Reproduction Technology.
