Essential Functions And Accountabilities
- Trains, evaluates, and coaches employees.
- Oversees clinical staff schedules, assignments, and break times.
- Oversees maintenance of clinical supplies inventory in all assigned offices.
- Oversees clinical and phlebotomy supplies/ordering/inventory tracking.
- Maintains a Safe and Clean work environment.
- Collaborates with outside vendors to track/resolve errors and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Educates clinical staff on all clinical standard of practice policies and work instructions.
- Maintains OSHA safety standards in office. Elevates deficiencies to Clinical Management Team.
- Effectively communicates with staff to resolve employee conflicts, complaints. Elevates to Clinical Manager/Human Resources as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) - required
- Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program - preferred
- Phlebotomy State certification - preferred
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a multi-physician practice (three or more physicians) with proven work experience in both clinical and administrative areas - preferred
- Previous experience in women's health or reproductive endocrinology and infertility – preferred
- Previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience – preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology - required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
- EMR experience - required
- Experience assisting in office procedure and office machines (i.e., computer, fax, copier, etc.).
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
