We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, construction, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completionAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsOversee and implement project safety proceduresDeveloped site utilization plansSubcontractor coordination & schedulingDevelop and maintain near term/look ahead project schedulesAssist with development and updates to the overall project scheduleCoordinate and schedule inspectionsMaintain SWPP & environmental controlsParticipation in weekly project meetingsMaintain project as-builts while in the fieldCoordinate with project managers/project engineers in review of shop drawings, submittals, & RFI'sProvide project status reportsParticipation in site walk downsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specificationsMaintain quality control & inspection procedures Qualifications:Previous experience in construction management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe SoftwareMust be able to clear background check for government badgingClean driving record
