What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Concierge- Front desk position at Ivey Plastic Surgery LLC?
We are seeking a patient concierge assistant to join our front desk team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Top Tier Customer Service makes all the difference to our High-end Private Plastic Surgery Practice. We deal with sophisticated clients who are given top notch patient care. Polished physical presentation, seamless verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, and time blocking are absolutely essential.
Administrative Duties:
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, relay messages
- Welcoming patients, taking medical histories, assisting with KIOSK on IPAD.
- Transmitting prescription refills as directed.
- Preparing and administering medications as directed by physician
- Sending Referrals to other Specialists
- Scheduling in office procedure, and post op
- Scheduling surgery at facility, Coordinating with office manager, Pre &Post Op appointments
- New patient appointments, Reviewing if PA needed, Scheduling patient in, Attach file and verify info given by PCP.
- Checking supplies that are needed for clinical side, maintaining it and organizing
- Making sure consents are signed prior to procedure
- Collecting Co-payments, scheduling appointments at discharge
